This recipe never fails. Take note!
SHOPPING LIST: 2 Crü zucchinis, 400 g cod, 3 carrots, 1 small potato, 1 clove of garlic, 1 onion, 200 ml vegetable stock, EVOO, salt and pepper.
👉🏽 Slice the Crü, dice the onion and peel some carrots, potatoes and garlic.
👉🏽 Bake the cod in the oven with salt and pepper.
👉🏽 In a frying pan, sauté the onion, carrot, potato and vegetable stock then blend in a food processor to make the sauce.
👉🏽 Pour the sauce as a base, add the baked cod and Crü. If you like, you can add some crunchy onion or chopped parsley.
And voilà! 🙃
