SHOPPING LIST: Crü, EVOO, salt, pepper, toasted bread, marinated herring, fish roe and parsley.
👉🏽 Lightly rinse the Crü and cut it into slices of approximately 4 mm, or as thin as you can.
👉🏽 In a frying pan with very hot olive oil, fry the Crü on both sides with salt and pepper.
👉🏽 Now place it on top of the round toasted bread pieces, with some marinated herring, fish roe and a little parsley.
