SHOPPING LIST: Crü, onion, leek, vegetable stock, shrimp, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.


STEPS:


👉🏽 Wash and slice the Crü.


👉🏽 Heat the onion and leek in a frying pan with a little vegetable stock and add the shrimp that have been previously pan-fried.


👉🏽 Add some spices to taste, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley.
