Oh green how I love you, and if it’s Crü guacamole, even more so. Make a note of this fitness recipe!
SHOPPING LIST: 2 Crü zucchinis, 1 small onion, 2-3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. EVOO, ½ tsp. garlic powder, ½ tsp. cumin powder, 1.5 tbsp. tahini, salt, pepper and sesame seeds.
STEPS:
👉🏽 Chop up the Crü and blitz in a blender with lemon, onion, garlic powder, tahini and cumin powder.
👉🏽 Add salt and pepper to taste and, for the finishing touch, add sesame seeds for decoration.
Now, enjoy with chips or carrots.
