STEPS:


👉🏽 Cut the Crü lengthwise with a mandoline slicer or knife,  and thickly slice the cheese.


👉🏽 Mash half a mango with a pinch of salt, pepper and a generous dash of truffle oil.


👉🏽 Arrange the mille-feuille on a plate placing the sauce at the base, then alternating the slices of cheese and Crü.


👉🏽 Top with mango sauce and garnish with a few capers.
